How do I fulfill my payment via bank transfer?
Our payment provider Adyen will send an email with the required amount and reference number. These emails may potentially end up in your spam folder or unwanted inbox, therefore make sure to check these folders as well.
Caution: The reference number needs to be entered as a whole without the dashes. If you made a mistake in the reference number, Adyen will then refund the amount within 10 working days.
How long does a payment via the option 'Bank transfer' take?
When you opt for the ‘Bank transfer’ payment method it can take two - three working days before the payment is received.
Please note, no transfers occur on weekends. These payments are processed on Monday and Tuesday.
Wondering whether the transfer has been completed successfully? Please send us proof of payment. The proof of payment must include the following information:
- Account number that the amount has been debited from
- Name of account holder
- Date of debiting
- Amount
